Experience a nourishing two-hour restorative workshop designed to gently awaken your body and calm your nervous system.
This gentle chair yoga and guided meditation workshop is designed to help you slow down, release stress, reconnect with yourself, and restore balance through mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, and inner stillness. Perfect for all levels and all bodies. Leave feeling centered, grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
No mat needed. Just come as you are.

About Uyen Nguyen of Lotus Love Works
Uyen Nguyen is a Reiki Master from the Mikao Usui lineage and founder of Lotus Love Works which offers an array of holistic healing methods from Reiki healing, chakra balancing, art therapy, meditation, retreats, workshops, yoga, and more. Her work bridges spiritual, mental, physical growth and development by focusing on energy work, holistic health, physical and mental wellness, and using food, herbs, and plants for nutrition and as medicine. Uyen’s passion is to help people reconnect to their good loving energy and dimensions of wellness.
