Class Description:

Experience a 4-Week Journey of Mind-Body Wellness, Energy Awareness, Creative Expression, and Deep Relaxation. Taught by Uyen Nguyen of Lotus Love Works, you will be guided through a progression of grounding, aligning, transforming and integrating modalities as you discover different healing techniques each week.

This series is designed as both a healing experience and introduction to powerful wellness practices. Each modality will be offered as dedicated workshops throughout the Fall and Winter, providing opportunities for deeper learning, personal growth, and transformation.

Week 1: Grounding and Presence;

Breath, Movement & Mindfulness - Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation

Begin the journey by connecting with your breath, body, and inner awareness. Through gentle yoga, mindful breathing techniques, and guided meditation, participants cultivate a foundation of calm, balance, and self-awareness.

*Bring a yoga mat & water (optional: blocks, strap, blanket)

Week 2: Aligning from Within;

Chakra Wisdom, Affirmations & Mantras - Energy Awareness & Intentional Living 

Explore the chakra system and learn how energy influences emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Participants will discover empowering affirmations and healing mantras associated with each chakra to support balance, confidence, and inner harmony. Class concludes with a guided chakra balancing meditation.

*bring a yoga mat (optional: blanket, pillow and anything else that helps you feel comfortable)

Week 3: Release, Rewire & Create; Neurographic Art for Transformation - Creativity as a Healing Practice 

Experience the transformative power of neurographic art as a tool for self-discovery, stress reduction, and personal growth. Through intuitive drawing and creative exploration, participants will transform thoughts and emotions into meaningful visual expressions on canvas using acrylic paintmarkers and bring home their own masterpiece.

*Additional $15 paid to instructor for cost of art materials (canvas, acrylic paint markers, pencils, permanent markers, etc.)

Week 4: Deep Healing and Renewal; Sound Bath & Integration -Rest, Reflect & Renew 

Conclude the journey with a restorative sound bath experience designed to calm the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and integrate the insights and growth cultivated throughout the series. Participants will be guided through mellifluous melodies and experience the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tingsha cymbals, tongue drum, Tibetan singing bowls, soothing frequencies and more! 

*Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that helps you feel comfortable

About Uyen 

Uyen Nguyen is a Reiki Master from the Mikao Usui lineage and founder of Lotus Love Works which offers an array of holistic healing methods from Reiki healing, chakra balancing, art therapy, meditation, retreats, workshops, yoga, and more. Her work bridges spiritual, mental, physical growth and development by focusing on energy work, holistic health, physical and mental wellness, and using food, herbs, and plants for nutrition and as medicine. Uyen is a lover of all art and her passion is to help people reconnect to their good loving energy and dimensions of wellness.
