Terms & Conditions:

Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation. Service fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

Refund Policy:

1. If your event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do anything. We will inform you about the cancelation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account, NOT the service fee.

2. If an event is canceled/postponed, Desiconnect will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the service fee.

3. Refund will be processed by the same payment method used for purchase.
