Class Description:
Join us for a transformative two-hour creative experience where art meets mindfulness through the practice of neurographic art. Using vibrant acrylic paint markers, participants will be guided to create abstract, flowing patterns that reflect their inner thoughts, emotions, and subconscious mind after being led through a brief meditation. Neurographic art is a meditative drawing technique that encourages self-expression, emotional release, and mental clarity. By drawing intuitive lines and transforming them into organic shapes, participants engage the brain in a soothing, non-verbal process that fosters insight and calm. This workshop is designed for all levels—no artistic experience needed. It’s less about creating a perfect picture and more about the journey of self-awareness, acceptance, and flow. As you draw and paint, you'll practice mindfulness, tap into neuroplasticity, and explore a form of art therapy that invites new perspectives and personal breakthroughs.
