Led by our talented culinary manager, Jesse, this event will take you on a flavorful journey through the distinctive techniques, ingredients, and philosophy behind Indian cooking. Jesse will demonstrate how to create iconic dishes, and you’ll even have the chance to get hands-on with simple tasks like mixing, kneading, or plating. Don’t worry – all activities are designed to keep you safe, with no sharp tools or high heat involved. As we finish making the meal, we will discuss cocktails and other beverages that complement the bold flavors of Indian cuisine. Jesse will show you how to make one such cocktail. After the cooking demonstration and optional hands-on activities, we’ll gather to enjoy a meal together.

Your ticket includes the meal, a cocktail or mocktail, and a recipe sheet, so you can recreate the dishes at home.
