Class Description:

The holiday season is the perfect time to share gratitude and handmade joy. Join the workshop to fold festive origami figures and turn them into your original season's card for family and friends. Or you may want origami ornaments to decorate the Christmas tree or the rooms, etc. 

Sipping wine (or a soft drink) with snacks and enjoying holiday music will make you get into the holiday spirit as we fold, create, and celebrate together. No experience needed—just bring your holiday cheer! 

Number of participants: 8

Level: Beginner and intermediate Levels.

Age group: above 16 yrs old 

Cost: $40

Supplies: $3 for origami paper and blank cards. 

Wine and snacks optional for $10. Soft drinks - free.

About Naoko:

“Fold Joy and Creativity!” is Naoko’s motto. Certified as Basic Origami Artist by Taro’s Origami Studio, Naoko teaches origami throughout the DMV areas at various art centers, school and after school classes, seasonal and cultural events, and at personal celebrations such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries. As an educator, she offers engaging classes tailored to the learners’ interest, skills and learning pace to make everyone’s origami experience both joyful and creatively inspiring.
