Class Description:

There are thousands of different art media and learning how to make art in new ways is
a lot of fun. This 5-week class will provide students with the materials to explore
drawing, painting, and printmaking and allow students to pursue their own interests in
art.

Note: Since experimentation with new art media is encouraged, art materials will be
provided for this class. Aprons are recommended for students.

Bio
William Demaria is a Baltimore based artist who has always loved drawing and
traditional oil painting. He finds the process of creating artwork itself to be beautiful and
has always been interested in studying the way artwork is made. He believes that every
student, no matter their skill level, has an individual voice that should be developed. His
teaching style is flexible and the pace of his classes adapts to suite individual students
needs.
