1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
2. If in any scenario, the organizer cancels the event. We will inform you about the cancellation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account. Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used for purchase.
3. If an event is postponed, Desiconnectevents.com will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the service fee.
