Connect with your body through new movements and create a piece of art.
We will start with a warm up to loosen the body and then learn a fun, short choreography, which you can dance to again and again. With each step learn to immerse yourself in intentional movements that will engage all muscles and energize your body and mind. Listen to Bollywood beats and allow yourself to feel the music and shed the stress. We end the class with a short cooldown sequence, to reset. Arm yourself with a fun choreography or just new moves for the dance floor.
